The CompTIA Ambassador Program encourages members from our past and present leadership to drive awareness for our association.
What Ambassadors Do
Ambassadors meet to develop and exchange ideas on how to engage existing members and recruit new ones. They are among our most engaged members and share a passion for our mission. They are also widely recognized in their fields of IT expertise and use their influence to promote CompTIA and its mission in our industry.
How You Can Become an Ambassador
Participation in our Ambassador Program is voluntary, but CompTIA requires ambassadors to serve or have served on our board of directors or in a community leadership capacity; actively participate in at least one member community; have been a CompTIA member for at least three years; or be approved by the Ambassador Advisory Council (AAC).
Typically, the Ambassador Program adds new members by invitation, but considers inquiries for participation as well. If you are interested in helping to promote CompTIA, please contact Josh Kilker for more information.
