CEO & Founder, My Digital Shield
Andrew Bagrin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of My Digital Shield (MDS), a leading provider of Security-as-a-Service (SECaaS) for small businesses. With more than 18 years of experience in the IT security industry, Andrew started MDS in 2013 to bring cloud-based, enterprise-level security technology to small businesses at an affordable price.
Prior to founding MDS, Andrew served as the Director of Service Provider Business Development at Fortinet, a network security provider. He held the position from 2008 until 2013, focusing on new security offerings as well as gaps in the security market.
Andrew’s career in IT security began in 1997, working for several network security consulting companies. From 2000 to 2004, he served as the Director of Network and Security with Regal Entertainment Group. During his tenure, Andrew developed a 500-site area network, built and migrated a datacenter, and was a key asset in four strategic corporate acquisitions, which resulted in the largest theater chain in the world. Andrew then took a position with Check Point Software Technologies, where he worked on the managed security services business for four years.
Andrew’s contributions in the security space are a direct reflection of his desire to fill existing gaps within the industry. Being the son of an entrepreneur, Andrew credits his upbringing for helping shape his creative and solution-driven mindset.
Senior VP, Channel Development, Datto
Len joined Datto in December, 2017 after the merger between Datto and Autotask. A mainstay of the channel community, Len dependably provides thought leadership and innovative business technology guidance to Datto’s partner, customer and industry communities, fueled by three decades plus in the IT channel. Len’s primary responsibility is to evangelize Datto’s cloud based solution set to help grow Datto’s partner, vendor and distributor communities.
Len graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Arsalan Eizadirad has been a contributor and leader in helping shape how Ricoh Canada is transforming its business and brand in the Canadian IT marketplace – one customer, one strategic relationship at a time. Arsalan represents Ricoh’s go-to-market future in the IT industry as a sales specialist, solution provider, and services program manager for the Ontario marketplace. The IT Services portfolio has been within Ricoh’s offering for several years, but with no greater champion than Arsalan in actively marketing, selling and promoting Ricoh’s value proposition to its customers; achieving great success in new business growth. He approaches his marketplace under the corporate umbrella of Ricoh’s brand not just as a direct salesperson, but more as an entrepreneur developing a new IT centric service focused on helping his customers make information work for them in a secure productive manner. With Grayson I.T. being a part of the Ricoh family now, Arsalan has been extremely helpful to grow the brand nationally and be able to offer a wider range of IT services to his clients. Arsalan has served as one of the executive council members for the CompTIA’s Future Leaders group for the last 3 years and is now looking to bring his experience and passion to the Canadian IT executive council.

Chris is a fast-paced executive at Lenovo Canada, responsible for the Channels nationally. He lives in Montreal with his wife Sabina and their two daughters, Savannah and Adisson. Chris has been in the channel for nearly 12 years and has held various roles including some with companies focused on specialty graphical solutions and technology resale.
He has been active within CompTIA for the past 4 years and in 2016 was featured in one of the Spotlight on Success stories. Chris enjoys playing an active role within the partner community and believes in strong trust and mutual success. He enjoys taking a humble approach with everything he does and truly appreciates learning about how technology can and will continue to push boundaries and it drives us to consider new approaches and thinking, ultimately creating fun challenges that keeps him excited.

CloudPlus, my latest endeavor founded in 2003, started as the fourth hosted Microsoft Exchange offering in the world and evolved into an industry-first: a true hosted services distribution platform.
Prior to this, I bring over 23 years of experience as a sales, marketing, and business development leader driving integrated solution sales, including key roles at GTE and Schlumberger and Oculan where I had spearheaded the company's expanding domestic and international sales and channel initiatives.
I’ve also spent several years working with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies regulating IT Security practices throughout the United States and am an active member of CompTIA where am involved with the Community Councils and Advisory Committees.

Rory Jackson, a 2014 CompTIA Channel Changer award winner and CompTIA Future Leaders community champion & former vice chairman, is the Director of Technical Services at Business Continuity Technologies, Nevada’s largest managed service provider. Rory joined BCT in the fall of 2013, and with his specific set of skills; the company has been able to manage several major IT projects in rural areas of Nevada. He takes great pride in his ability to distinguish the needs, concerns, and aspirations of his clients. Rory uses his proficiency in understanding his clients' business processes to find solutions that best fit their specific line of business.
His areas of expertise include Healthcare Facilities, Law Firms, Schools, and Government Agencies. Rory's determination to succeed is unparalleled. His ambition and resilience have made him a highly efficient IT professional. Rory’s true passions in the industry include Networking, Security, and learning about innovative technologies and ideas. Victor Johnston brings over 17 years of Technical Project Management, Solution Engineering, Federal Government, Military Veteran, Adult Education, Knowledge Management, Staff/Team Coaching/Development, and Entrepreneurial Experience in the many roles he has held over his career. He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Management, and a Master of Information Systems. As the President of Johnston IT Consulting, Vic provides many different services to his local and extended communities; primarily focusing on IT-based Business Development, Solution Engineering, and Philanthropy. He has also helped to refine teaching processes for numerous Wounded Warrior Project Transition Training Academy classrooms, extended his company’s services out to assist with the Boy Scouts of America redefining their STEM program; along with assisting local High Risk Youth Mentorship incorporate technology into their programs. Currently, Victor holds two other positions as a government civilian and as an IT, Business, and Management Instructor for Miller Motte Career College.
