Some key South figures from the CompTIA Cyberstates Report:
- The average Georgia tech worker earned $89.421in 2014, or 88 percent more than the state’s average private sector wage of $47,400.
- Texas ranks 2nd in Tech Employment with 581,206 tech industry jobs in 2014 with a tech company payroll of $56.2 billion.
- Florida is now the 4th ranked Cyberstate employing 307,070 workers in 2014
